Locomotive Industry

Locomotive Industry  in Malaysia is the most dynamic industry in Malaysia. This is due to Locomotive Industry is not fully developed up to this point of time.

 

Only recent years Malaysian Government started to inject large amount of budgetary allocation for Locomotive Industry when there is awareness of the importance of efficient public transportation for smooth traffic flow as part of civilized country pre-requisite which Malaysian Government is serious about.

 

Only several years ago, Malaysian public transport specifically Locomotive Industry only relied  on single track commuter with strictly limited routes. 

 

Recent years Malaysian Government is serious about Locomotive Industry. Suruhanjaya Pengangkutan Awam Darat (SPAD)  was created as an active agency to govern public transport closely. Then PRASARANA is one of Government Link Companies, although Locomotive Industry has already been privatized long time ago.

 

Hablem is keen to be involved in current development of Double Tracking ERS, MRT, LRT3, LRT2, LRT1, ERL and Monorel.
