Hose Pump - Delasco DL series
|
|
The DL series hose pumps are equipped with a re-enforced hose, rollers and hose-guides. The roller/hose-guide combination lengthens hose lifetime compared with a conventional peristaltic pump of equivalent flow-rate and pressure.
The DL series pumps are thus the ideal solution for applications where the installation conditions and process constraints call for flexibility and ruggedness.

The association of rollers and hose-guides combines several advantages : the roller rolls on the hose without damaging it, the hose-guide increases the squeezed surface area as well as enabling the roller to act on the hose more gradually.
The roller/hose-guide combination increases hose lifetime and requires lower installed power as well as a smaller quantity of lubricant.

PCM Moineu I series - Progressive cavity pumps

The IVA series pumps, equipped with a force-feed screw and an auger, are specially designed to handle viscous, abrasive, heterogeneous shear-sensitive and frothing products for viscosity up to 1,000,000 centipoises.
A specific range has been developed for the Environment market with large hoppers up to three meters long.

PCM Moineau F Series Progressive cavity pumps
|

Specially designed for applications calling for compact size combined with excellent integration flexibility, the F series pumps enable users to benefit from the advantages of the MOINEAU technology for low price and compact dimensions. Unlike traditional MOINEAU pumps with their stator moulded to a steel armature, the F series pumps have a free moulded stator (without any armature) attached to one end.
